About the project
Asistano is a voice assistant that lets barbers, hairdressers and beauty salons manage appointments just by talking. The aim was to let busy salon staff book clients without stopping to pick up the phone, send automatic reminders and take bookings online.
We designed and built the product website, the web panel and the iOS and Android apps, all sharing the same set of screens. Staff tap the assistant on the home screen and say the booking; it finds a free slot, flags any clashes and adds the appointment to the calendar once confirmed.
- Voice assistant that understands everyday Turkish

- SMS and WhatsApp reminders
- Salon booking page with QR code
- Tiered pricing and free trial sign-up
