This notice explains, in line with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how we process personal data through aksungursoftware.com and this site's Tecof addresses (the "Site").

1. Personal data we process

  • Contact form: full name, e-mail address, company or organisation, phone number (optional), the topic and project type you select, and the content of your message.
  • Access to confidential projects: e-mail address, a record of the verification code sent to you, IP address, browser information and verification date.
  • E-mail correspondence: the information in messages you send us directly.
  • Visit data: page visited, referring address, screen size, time and the IP address of the connection.

2. Purposes

  • To answer project and quote requests, schedule meetings and manage the business relationship,
  • To verify people who ask for access to our projects under non-disclosure and to prevent unauthorised access to that content,
  • To keep the Site secure, find errors and measure visit statistics,
  • To meet our legal obligations and protect our rights in possible disputes.

We process your data under KVKK Article 5(2): it is directly related to concluding or performing a contract (c), necessary for our legal obligations (ç), necessary to establish, exercise or protect a right (e), and necessary for our legitimate interests provided your fundamental rights are not harmed (f).

4. How we collect data

You provide data through the Site's forms and verification steps; visit data is collected automatically while you use the Site.

5. Transfers

Your data may be shared only for the purposes above and only as needed with: Tecof Teknoloji A.Ş., which provides the Site's infrastructure (form records and site management); Vercel Inc. (USA), which hosts and delivers the Site; e-mail delivery providers; our company abroad, Aksungur Software LLC (USA); and public authorities where the law requires. Transfers abroad are made in accordance with KVKK Article 9.

6. Retention

Contact requests are kept for the statutory limitation periods after the request is closed; records of access to confidential projects are kept as long as needed for access security. After that, data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 you may ask whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected, ask for deletion or destruction under Article 7 and for these steps to be notified to recipients, object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

8. How to apply

Send your request to info@aksungursoftware.com with information that lets us verify your identity. We respond free of charge within thirty days at the latest.
